At Rhythm and Swag, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Apparel & Print-On-Demand Items

Each item is made to order, so we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we’re happy to make it right.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/contact form link]
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Digital Downloads (Posters, Art Prints, etc.)

All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded due to the nature of the files.

If you experience issues accessing or downloading your file, please reach out to us at [your email] and we’ll assist you promptly.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer (please refer to size charts before ordering)
  • Delayed shipments caused by carriers or events outside our control
  • Discounted or final sale items
